What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. That being said, our facility is open 24/7. While we may not always be available to answer the phone, your belongings are always accessible!

When can I access my storage unit?

Our facility offers gated access 6am-10pm, 7 days a week, including holidays.

What size storage units do you offer?

We offer 5x5, 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, and 10x20-foot storage units. Check out our Size Guide for help choosing the right size for your needs.

How do I rent a unit?

You can rent a unit online or over the phone. We offer month-to-month leases for your convenience.

What items are prohibited from storage?

We do not allow the storage of animals, flammable or hazardous materials, illegal items, toxic chemicals, automobiles, boats, motorcycles, RVs, or any type of food, including pet food.

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

At this time, we do not offer climate-controlled units. All of our units are clean, dry, and protected from the elements.

What security measures are in place?

Our facility is fully fenced, equipped with a gated keypad entry, and well-lit pathways for your peace of mind.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?

While we encourage you to insure the contents of your storage, we do not require tenants to carry insurance on their stored belongings. Some homeowner or renter’s policies offer this coverage — you may want to check with your provider to see if they already provide this coverage. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH bank transfers. You can pay online, over the phone, or set up auto-pay for convenience.

Can I switch to a different unit size later?

Absolutely. If you find that your current unit is too large or too small, we’ll help you transfer to another available unit that better fits your needs.

How do I cancel my storage unit?

We ask for at least 30 days’ notice prior to your planned move-out. Simply contact our office or submit a notice through your online account.
